인권경영 선언문(제5조 관련)
HUMAN RIGHTS MANAGEMENT CHARTER

우리는 고객감동, 사회적 가치를 창출하는 일등공기업으로서 모든 경영활동 과정에서 인권 수호를 위한 사명을 다한다.
As a leading public enterprise to create social value and fulfill the citizen’s satisfaction, we perform our mission to improve human dignity and values throughout all our business activities.

이를 위해 우리는 임직원이 준수해야 할 행동규범, 가치판단 기준으로 ‘인간의 존엄과 가치를 보장하는 인권경영’을 선언하고 그 실천을 다짐한다.
To this end, we proudly declare our ‘Human Rights Management Charter’ which outlines the standards of behavior and standard of value that all employees should observe.

하나, 우리는 인간으로서의 존엄과 가치를 존중하는 인권 경영을 최우선의 가치로 한다.
One, We shall value business activities to respect human dignity and values.

하나, 우리는 인권, 노동, 환경, 반부패 등의 가치를 지지하는 국제기준 및 규범을 지지하고 준수한다.
One, We shall respect international standards and norms on human rights to support value of Anti-corruption, environment, labor, environment.

하나, 우리는 장애, 성별, 종교, 국적, 지역, 사회적 신분, 학력, 나이, 직종 등의 이유로 고용 상 차별하지 않으며 상호 존중과 배려의 근무환경을 제공한다.
One, We shall not discriminate against any stakeholders, including our own employees, based on physical impediment, gender, religion, nationality, birthplace, age, occupation or educational background. We shall provide work environment with cooperation and mutual respect.

하나, 우리는 사회적 약자 및 소수자의 권리를 보장하고 상호 존중과 배려의 근무환경 조성을 위해 노력한다.
One, We shall strive for creating work environment with cooperation and mutual respect and guarantee of the rights of the socially weak and minority.

하나, 우리는 직원의 결사 및 단체교섭의 자유를 보장하며, 어떠한 형태의 강제 노동과 아동노동도 허용하지 않는다.
One, We shall guarantee the collective bargaining and association of employee, and we do not allow any types of forced or child labor.

하나, 우리는 안전하고 건강한 근무환경을 조성하여 건강권과 환경권을 보장한다.
One, We shall guarantee industrial safety and health by creating a safe and sanitary working environment.

하나, 우리는 국내외 환경법규를 준수하고 환경보호와 오염방지를 위해 노력한다.
One, We shall comply with environmental laws and regulations at home and abroad, and endeavor to protect the environment and prevent pollution.

하나, 우리는 보령시민의 공공복리 증진을 위해 필요한 최선의 서비스를 제공한다.
One, We provide our best to promote public welfare of the Boryeong citizen.

하나, 우리는 지역주민, 협력업체 및 유관기관 등을 포함한 모든 이해관계자의 인권을 존중한다.
One, We shall respect all stakeholders, including resident, partner firm, any related organization.

하나, 우리는 사업수행에 있어 국민의 안전에 위해가 되지 않도록 노력하며, 업무상 수집한 개인정보를 보호한다.
One, We shall protect personal information we have collected that's necessary for a business purpose, and endeavor not to violate citizen’s safety for project.

하나, 우리는 인권침해를 사전에 예방하며 적극적인 구제를 위해 노력할 뿐만 아니라, 지속적인 개선활동으로 인권 경영의 선두에 선다.
One, We shall take the lead of human rights management with continuous improvement in addition to striving for active salvation and prevention of human right abuse.
